VetCAST workshop on clinical breakpoints, Toulouse, September 12-15
The EUCAST Veterinary Subcommittee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (VetCAST) is organizing a workshop entitled Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (AST) with VetCAST breakpoints: quantitative methods. The workshop consists of a 1-day conference (Sep. 12) with a general overview of VetCAST, antimicrobial susceptibility testing and breakpoints. The following three days (Sep. 13-15) include more in-depth lectures and practical computer exercises on aspects related to setting clinical breakpoints. Registration for either the first day or all four days is now possible at the website https://workshop.inra.fr/vetcast17. Early bird registration and special discounted student fees are available until July 31st.
