QC table v 5.0 (2014-01-11) published
An updated QC table (v 5.0) published on 2014-01-11.
  • all QC strains in one document
  • from now on, version numbers for breakpoint and QC tables are synchronised.
  • E. coli ATCC 35218 is included for the control of the inhibitor component of penicillin-inhibitor disks.
  • To control the oxacillin 1 mcg disk, recommendation for the S. aureus ATCC 29213 is added.
  • For H. influenzae ATCC 49766, several additional zone diameter ranges and targets have been added.
  • The H. influenzae ATCC 8468 is still in the tables but will be removed from 2016.
